1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Snips Wigs. By placing an order and or purchasing in house, you are agreed to be bound by these terms. Snips Wigs reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Products

Snips wigs offer both Human hair wig and synthetic wigs. All products are carefully inspected before to ensure quality.

Please note: Slight variations in colour, texture, and density may occur due to the manufacturing. Each wig is unique, particularly with human hair wigs as these are hand made and hand coloured.

3. Order and payments

All prices are in EURO and include 23% VAT where applicable

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Snips Wigs reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times in orders may vary depending on location and courier services.

Snips Wigs are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Events outside our control

  • All orders placed with Snips Wigs are processed and dispatched using registered post, ensuring tracking and secure delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Snips Wigs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.

Returns:

  • Customers are fully responsible for returning wigs via post.

  • Snips Wigs cannot be held liable if a returned item is lost in transit.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured service for all returns.

Any wig returned without tracking is at the customer’s risk, and we cannot issue a refund if the item does not reach us.

5. Returns & Refunds

Snips Wigs offer a 28 day return policy from the date of purchase and not from the date the wig is first worn.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Must be unused and unworn

  • The wig must not have been tampered with in any way

  • The lace must not be cut and or altered in any way

  • The wig must be in its original condition

For hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns on wigs that:

  • Have been styled, cut, or altered in any way

  • Show of signs of use (including odours, makeup, perfume, or product residue)

  • Have been worn

Snips Wigs reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Customers must contact us prior to returning any items, Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

6. Product Care & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of their wigs after purchase.

Snips Wigs is not liable for:

  • Damage cause by improper care. This includes front lace tearing / fraying, excessive hair loss.

  • Use of incorrect products and heated tools

  • Alterations carried out by the customer or third party.

We recommend following all provided care instructions.

7. Custom or Altered Wigs

Any wigs that have been customised, altered, or adjusted at the request of the customer are non-refundable and non-returnable

8. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability and must meet the same conditions as returns.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, branding, and products description, remain the property of Snips Wigs and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

Snips Wigs are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information collected is solely for ordering process / ordering / grants / postage, and customer service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details

11. Limitations of Liability

Snips Wigs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

12. Governing Law

There Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
