Introduction

At Snips Wigs, we aim to provide high-quality products and personalised services. Due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Custom-Made Wigs

Custom-made wigs are created specifically for each client and are therefore non-refundable once production has begun.

Ready-to-Wear Wigs & Hairpieces

Returns may be considered for ready-to-wear items under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The item is returned within an agreed timeframe
• The item has not been altered or customised

Consultations & Services

Consultation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. However, we will always aim to provide the best possible service and support.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, depending on the product and condition.

Faulty Products

If a product is found to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
